For the Product Marketing oganization in Schunk Xycarb Technology, we are looking for a Strategic Business Area Manager Power Electronics.

Strategic Business Area (SBA) Manager

What are your main responsibilities?

In this full-time position (located in Helmond, the Netherlands), you will drive our Power Electronics business and product portfolio from a global product marketing perspective. Within this role, you are responsible for capacity allocation to realise new product introductions. You’ll develop pricing strategies, market roadmaps and customer prioritisation.

You will gather input from various sources, such as customer visits and attending conferences and fairs. You’ll work closely with our sales, production, R&D, customer service, engineering, HR and finance teams. To grow and develop, you must be an excellent communicator.

You will lead an international team of approximately ten product managers, project managers and engineers reporting to you. With P&L responsibility, you will report directly to the SXT VP of Sales, Marketing & Business Development. You are directly responsible for executing our growth strategy for the semiconductor industry and contributing to the overall growth strategy of SXT.

What are your skills?

• A Master's or PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated skills and experience in technical-commercial functions in the high-tech and/or materials industry. Proven experience in the semiconductor consumables or equipment industry is strongly preferred
• A strong drive and ambition
• Natural leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage commercial teams
• Ability to strategically and tactically oversee complex problems and deal with ambiguity
• Strong and proven understanding of product marketing, business markets, market research and data analysis
• Experience in setting and achieving business goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
