TASKS
- Operation of Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) and its connected systems
- Responsibility for Microsoft release management including its communication
- Monitoring the interfaces and batch runs and setting up proactive monitoring
- Ensuring the operation of the systems as well as the connection and operation of future interfaces
- Maintenance of the controlling parameters and the role rights concept as well as further development of the concept
- Second-level support for operations and proactive incident management
- Close coordination with the technical experts to further develop the system
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed studies in business informatics or computer science or completed training, e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration with initial professional experience
- Experience in the areas of Azure, Power Platform and the operation of ERP systems, ideally D365 and their functionalities
- Commercial understanding of processes and practical experience with ERP systems
- Target group-oriented communication at user level paired with the ability to work in a team and enjoy supporting the internal departments with expertise
- Business fluent German and good English skills
