TASKS
- Lead the implementation of Data Analytics and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategies across divisions
- Evaluate and revise existing compensation and benefits policies and procedures for continuous improvement
- Develop and optimize compensation structures and reward strategies aligned with company objectives
- Introducing of a cross-border software and architecture for grading of job families
- Provide actionable insights and reports through data analysis to improve HR processes and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation practices
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness
- Setting up a cross-country BI platform with links to various HR data sources to create a tool for decentralised HR data transparency
- Oversee budget planning and control for C&B activities
- Build strong relationships with divisional and regional HR teams to ensure alignment and information flow
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies
- Deep understanding of compensation trends, compliance, and market benchmarking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to perform both strategic and operational tasks
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing stakeholders at multiple levels
- High level of social competence, humility, and adaptability to diverse teams and cultures
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools to analyse and present complex HR data effectively
