Your tasks / This is what you move with us
- You carry out emergency service assignments in an assigned area in Poland
- The planning, organisation, and implementation of technical training for our distributors
- Support our sales partners with machine installation, service warranty work and After Sales
- The development of a structured field service team is also part of your area of responsibility
- You support the demo team in practical matters
- Support of spare parts distribution
- Together with the Head of Service you develop an aftersales training plan
Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you
- Technical education, mechatronics or similar in agriculture machines sector
- Practical experience in handling agricultural machinery, knowledge of Amazone machines recommended.
- Technical understanding, knowledge in hydraulics and electronics
- You work independently, are flexible and are characterised by a high level of service orientation
- You bring with you the ability to formulate complex contexts precisely, as well as sociability and a confident manner
- A good command of English and /or German is necessary when dealing with our product line service specialist that are located in Germany
- Your team spirit, ability to handle high workloads and willingness to travel extensively complete your profile
