As an expert professional in your area, you generate orders by managing clients and resources providing a complete portfolio to Sysmex/solutions/services in the clinical laboratory environment.
Our company
Sysmex Italia is specializing in health technology, specifically in vitro diagnostics. Founded in 2008, it focused its efforts on cancer diagnosis, and have evolved and grow to the haematology sector, supporting healthcare professionals and patients around the world with a broad range of medical diagnostic products and solutions in a variety of fields.

University degree or equivalent experienced in this field
Native in Italian and fluent in English
Computer skills
General professional experience:
At least 10 years in sales management roles
At least 5 years of experience on IVD industry
3-5 years in people management
Direct experience in Hematology and/or Haemostasis are plus
Professional experience for the position:
Experience in sales processes (OGP; CRM, Sales Funnel)
Experience in managing large tenders
Management capacity (Leader)
Product knowledge (Expert)
Project management
Familiar with P&L
Decision making taking into account the client
