SAP Key User / Business Analyst (f/m/x) OTC

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)
Your responsibilities
- S/4 HANA OTC 1st/2nd Level support of EMEA operations endusers
- Supervision of SAP applications in the field of OTC and further modules for the Sysmex branches in EMEA
- Analysis and optimisation of business processes in S/4 HANA and processing of relevant SAP (local or global) change requests
- Collaborating with other stakeholders like FI Key Users, internal and external ERP Consultants to ensure that processes are integrated and aligned across the organization
- Communicating process changes to stakeholders, including senior management, process users, and customers
- Prepare training material in SAP Enable Now, provide training and support users to ensure that they understand and follow the processes in SAP

Your profile
- Completed commercial education or a successfully completed degree in business or informatics
- Used to SAP S/4 HANA system with in-depth knowledge regarding SAP module OTC
- Operational experience as Key User / Business Analyst is a must
- Experience in IT-related project work
- Strong analytical skills and a good end-to-end understanding of basic operational processes in purchasing, inventory management and sales / distribution
- Experiences in other modules like WTD, GTS or Plan to Produce (QM, PM), SAP Enable Now or Signavio is a plus
