Territory Account Manager - North

Your responsibilities

  • Represent Sysmex as Territory Account Manager for your designated territory and accounts. You will support your Regional Commercial Manager in delivering on the overall strategy objectives, taking ownership, and delivering on assigned targets.
  • You will also be responsible for delivering all pre and post sales activity for the Sysmex Haematology and Haemostasis equipment and services within your territory.
  • You will have full responsibility for selling the Sysmex Managed Service Contract (MSC) this will include a wider portfolio of products including 3rd party business to support the overall Sysmex solution. You will work collaboratively with all departments within Sysmex to direct a successful bid whether a simple contract or a complex MSC.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the delivery of winning business is executed and that the maintenance, management, and ongoing reporting to the customer is delivered to a very high standard throughout the term of the contract.
  • You will drive excellence in Sysmex service delivery at all levels and aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. To do this you will develop and command excellent relationships with your customers, prospects, and all areas of the Sysmex UK organisation.
  • Your relationship with your customers is essential to your success and that of Sysmex. You will need to be a champion for Sysmex with that customer and a champion for that customer within Sysmex.

Your profile

If you have the following experience or qualifications you maybe the right fit for this role.

  • Knowledge and experience in forecasting sales and sale pipeline management
  • Life science degree or equivalent
  • Formal Sales and Account Management training
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in Account Management in the health care
    diagnostics arena
  • Proficient in complex data analysis
  • Knowledge of NHS Networks and their approach to procurement, to include tenders and frameworks
  • Experience working in complex sales cycles within laboratory diagnostics
  • Working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated

This role includes a company car so you will need a full clean driving licence.
