Team Lead (f/m/x) Copywriting & Editing

Your responsibilities

• Lead the copywriting & editing team both disciplinary and technically, setting annual goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance and feedback.
• Ensure the efficient execution of service requests from our business lines, affiliates, and other stakeholders, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Actively contribute to the creation of written content related to our diagnostic and medical solutions and services for websites, print materials, apps, advertorials, social media, and videos, etc.
• Provide hands-on direction, ensuring the content strategy developed by you and your team is applied effectively while maintaining SEO best practices for digital assets.
• Oversee content production, ensuring high editiorial standards and regulatory compliance in medical technology communications.
• Collaborate with Creative Consultants to bring marketing campaigns to life through compelling storytelling and clear messaging.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience as a copywriter, preferably with experience in the medical or scientific field.

• At least two years of leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate, guide, and develop a creative team.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, natural sciences or other related fields

• Native or C2-level English proficiency, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and an adaptable, audience-focused writing style.

• Ability to translate complex scientific/medical topics into compelling, marketing-oriented content through engaging storytelling.

• Knowledge of SEO optimisation and keyword strategy, includine the use of AI-driven tools.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in medical technology communication.
